Me along with Adam Spencer, one of the best minds in the world of entertainment and comedy. He hosts the breakfast show on JJJ-FM around Australia, and loves mathematics (he was a maths PhD at university). Adam also hosted the ABC science shows on TV for some time. I've seen Adam perform serveral times - I've seen every one of his Comfest shows, and he's a great bloke. A few years ago when I saw him at The Planet, he tried to get me up on stage to sing, or dance. Luckily for the crowd, he wasn't successful in that endeavour.

Justin Hamilton hails from Adelaide, and had his own show in the Comfest - and has toured worldwide, and guest spots on the breakfast show on JJJ. He's a very friendly guy too! And what's with all the pointing?

Before you ask, yes, that's a Chupa Chup in my mouth. It's not my face going all bonkers at the thought of meeting someone as famous as Charlie Pickering, although you could forgive it for doing so. I first saw Charlie a few years ago at The Planet, and he's gone a long way since then - he's now doing the Drive Time show with Nicole on JJJ (hmmm... seems to be the main national broadcaster who hire comics!)

The very bright and happy looking person in this photo is Janet A McLeod, who hosted The Cheese Shop on 102.7 RRR-FM along with the godfather of Australian comedy, the late great Dave Taranto. She co-hosted The Cheese Shop's live shows until Dave passed away. Since then, she's been the brains and host of The Planet, which took up from where The Cheese Shop left off. She performs during the Comfest, and hosts or performs in the comedy scene often, and is probably one of the best known people around - especially amongst all the comedians.

This shifty looking guy is me, and the guy to my right is Mickey D, an Adelaide comedian who I saw for the first time during the Melbourne Comedy Festival (2002). He was an absolute cack! I caught up with him after the show and had a chat with him - a very friendly and personable guy! I look forward to seeing more of his shows, and I hope he does well with his career.

The smiley face here belongs to Terri Psiakis, who I first saw at the Comics Lounge a year or so ago. She's done well for herself since then, and also appears on Adam & Wil's breakfast show on JJJ, with her witty observations of the world.

Anyone who doesn't know the guy in this photo has no clue about comedy. He is of course, Adam Spencer's partner in crime, Wil Anderson, who co-hosts the breakfast show on JJJ. I remember seeing him many years ago at either The Cheese Shop, or The Planet, and thinking that he'd go places... and now he has! He also hosts the TV show The Glasshouse.
